Robert Jackson Wilson’s practice focuses on business and commercial, construction, real estate, eminent domain and probate and estate planning issues. He has represented a wide variety of clients in commercial, construction and regulatory transactions and litigation at the trial and appellate levels. He also represents clients before local governments and agencies. Mr. Wilson practices in state and federal courts and was admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court in 1996. He has served as a special master in Gwinnett County for cases dealing with real estate issues.
Mr. Wilson received a B.A. in Journalism cum laude with high honors from the University of Georgia in 1988 and his J.D. degree in 1991. He joined the firm Webb, Tanner & Powell, LLP in 1991 and became a partner in 1997. Mr. Wilson served on the firm’s management committee from 1998-2000 and as managing partner in 2004 and 2005. He launched his own practice in 2015.
Mr. Wilson is a member and Past President of the Rotary Club of South Gwinnett. He is a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett and has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. He and his family are members of Old Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Duluth.
